Consented Hotel Site up for Grabs

One of Queenstown’s most talked about commercial sites is once again up for grabs. After obtaining resource consent for a 393 room hotel along with 12 retail tenancies in 2019, local developer Graham Wilkinson has decided now is the time to sell.

The property’s being marketed by local Colliers agents Barry Robertson and Steve McIsaac for sale by deadline private treaty, closing March 9.
